J.E.W.I.S.H. Composers provides B2B software architecture tools, including microservice orchestration, enterprise data normalization, and secure server-to-server communication layers. Access and use of these tools are governed by these terms.
The client agrees to use the systems solely for the internal operational purposes of their organization. Decompiling, modifying, or redistributing the software without express authorization is not permitted. The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and the accuracy of the data provided during the subscription process.
Jewishcomposers commits to maintaining service availability according to the SLAs agreed upon in each plan. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed due to force majeure, scheduled maintenance, or external attacks. The company shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the software.
It is prohibited to use the systems for illegal activities, intentionally overload the infrastructure, or attempt to access other clients' data. Jewishcomposers reserves the right to suspend access in the event of serious violations of these conditions, with prior notice where possible.
These terms may be updated with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect implies acceptance of the new version. The service contract is automatically renewed for equal periods unless canceled with 15 days' notice.
